Copper River Season Ending

Sadly, Copper River salmon season is coming to an end. If you've had a chance to taste this amazing salmon, you know it absolutely melts in your mouth!

If you act quickly, we can still order Copper River King Salmon. We will portion it in to 1-2lb. fillets and vacuum pack it so you can freeze it and savor it's flavor throughout the summer.

Pricing for Copper River King Salmon is $23.99/lb.

To Order: send us an email and let us know how many lbs. you would like and we will personally deliver early next week.

July 2008 Packages

Hello Seafood Lovers!

Summer in Lake Chelan is pretty tough to beat, but Go Fish is going to give it a good try! How about great gourmet seafood hot off the grill with fresh homemade sauces, rubs and salsas - made with local herbs and produce - by Chef Brant Jones? (You may otherwise know Brant as the guy that makes your wonderful meal at Alex's Restaurant.)

We are also delivering two times this month! Order by July 1 and we will deliver by July 2 - just in time for your weekend BBQ plans. We'll deliver again the following week - order by July 7 for July 9 delivery.

We are so excited, we can hardly stand it... Brant Jones, the chef who creates the wonderful meals you get at Alex's, has joined with us to bring you fresh, homemade sauces, rubs and more! Check out the offerings for July - we think your mouth will start watering just reading through it.

Order as many as you want, we'll include them in your cooler with your Go Fish order. What's also great about these offerings from Brant - not only do they go great with your seafood, they go just as great on chicken or pork.

If you just can't choose, here are a couple recommendations from Brant:
1. The blackened spice rub with the fresh mango sauce
2. The asian marinade with the coconut creme sauce

Go Fish June Packages

Hello Seafood Lovers!

If you ordered in May, we hope you've had time to enjoy your seafood. We have new and exciting seafood offerings for June! We don't want you to forget Dad this coming month - so add some delicious, fresh seafood to that BBQ you are planning for Father's Day. There are a few new items in our June packages and remember you can always add PRAWNS and/or SCALLOPS to your package for an additional charge of $20. And new this month - add a bag of CRABMEAT for $30.

Order deadline for June is Friday, June 6th for delivery Wednesday, June 11th.

Coper River Salmon

Copper River Salmon is here! We have a few options for you. These copper river selections are FRESH (not frozen like our regular delivery), so we will need to deliver to you in person as soon as possible in the morning of our delivery date. We will call you the day before we deliver to set up a good delivery time.
