Chipotle Tarter Sauce

2 tablespoons canned chipotle chiles, seeds and veins discarded
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup chopped onion

In a blender whirl the chiles with mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish and onion until smooth. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
